ONLINE REFUND POLICY
Online Exchanges Only: Within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise for exchange must be in original unused condition with tags attached and accompanied by the original valid receipt. The exchange value must be equal or greater. Flash Pups will not refund the difference. You will be responsible to pay for the return shipping cost. Please send an email to Flashpups@gmail.com attaching with your original online receipt. We will work with you through the Exchange and Shipping process.
Defects: Flash Pups has made it a policy to only select first quality products from our manufacturer. Manufacturer defects are rare. All defect claims must be made within 7 days of purchase. Please note that improper washing or a ripped battery pack cable is not considered as defect
ONLINE SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
At Flash Pups, we use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping your order. The shipping and handling charges are based on the following:
- The delivery option you choose
- The weight, size and dimensions of your items
- Your shipping preferences
- Handling fee – actual packaging materials costs may be charged.

Product Availability + Shipping Speed = Estimated Delivery Date Range
We do our best to accurately estimate when your items will be delivered. Estimated delivery dates are generally a range of dates based on several factors, including:
- Your destination address.
- Product Availability. How quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment. The length of time it takes to prepare your item for shipping. If an item is listed as “In Stock”, it will be ready for shipment within 1-2 days.
- The shipping speed you select at Checkout
In General, the average time for you to receive your product is within 5-7 business days.
